Broadway Cottage - Town, hot tub, fire pit, grill, wifi, family friendly, pet friendly

Berkeley Springs for the win! Positive: Beautiful and clean everything that you need is already there. There were five of us. I slept on the couch downstairs and that was even comfortable. The hot tub is awesome. Two minutes from the cutest breakfast spot that serves alcohol and walking distance to town such a cute place can’t wait to go back. Negative: I loved everything about the property

Comfy cozy home perfect for a friend reunion. Positive: Easy to book, comfy home. Nice and clean hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect space for a weekend reunion. Negative: Heater/air conditioners in the downstairs were full of water and no easy way to drain without making a Luckily it was temperate and so did not need to use very much at all.

Great location and quaint home!

Overall our stay was great! The bed comfortable and the house was pretty clean. I was kind of surprised by the multiple ACs. They worked great and were fine for our stay but it might get kind of warm peak summer time. The house is neat as it’s an older home and we both enjoy character. I will give a heads up that a neighbor does have a confederate flag hanging on their residence which did make us feel uncomfortable and does not fit the vibes of Berkeley Springs so it was a shock to see that. They did not bother us at all but I felt the need to give a heads up during these times. Overall this was perfect for our stay and the property management company was responsive and the women I spoke with when looking for the WiFi code was so nice too! I’d stay at one of their properties again.

We enjoyed the outside sitting areas and the hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped, and the house was very clean. Unfortunately beds were not the most comfortable and very firm, maybe adding a mattress topper would help? We also thought this location was closer to the park, because it is listed as walkable. There is a lot of traffic on the road with not a lot of sidewalk.
