We had a great time. The owners are very responsive and attentive. Great outdoor space and loved the hot tub. There was even a doggie ball there for the pups ! We will be back.

It was a perfect location for us on Mother's day weekend. The park was about 1/2 mile that we enjoyed walking to.
We were so comfortable, it felt like home. We will be back.

Much needed relaxation
Positive: It was clean and very cozy. We came for a sisters weekend and was very enjoyable. The hot tub was a huge plus because we spent a lot of time in it because weather wasn’t great

Berkeley Springs for the win!
Positive: Beautiful and clean everything that you need is already there. There were five of us. I slept on the couch downstairs and that was even comfortable. The hot tub is awesome. Two minutes from the cutest breakfast spot that serves alcohol and walking distance to town such a cute place can’t wait to go back.
Negative: I loved everything about the property
