Had a lovely time at this cabin. Plenty of room & comfortable beds. Kitchen was fully stocked with most needs. Plenty of books, games, & DVDs for those rainy days. Screened porch or open deck with hot tub. Close to Berkley Springs & Cacapon State Park. Creek is not seen from cabin but didn’t diminish from the view & quiet neighborhood. Driveway was very passable as well as the roads leading to it. Enjoyed our stay in the cabin & will book again!

Beautiful place to stay. Clean, lots of room and private. We had rain every day but that didn't stop our dogs from running in the back yard.

Adequately stocked and set up for a family weekend. Loved the ample spaces to separate and come together. The generous amount of pots, pans, and utensils was much appreciated while cooking for a crowd!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! We had 2 of our children and their children, there was enough room for all of us and the dog. The house is very well thought out, very well stocked with necessities. The kitchen is labeled which is a fantastic idea. The communication is the best that I've experienced, and I've been doing VRBO for 4 years now. It's close enough to Berkeley Springs for lots of excursions and far enough out to be away from everything. We loved our stay!

Perfect size house for our family group. Nice collection of dvd movies and Wii game console kept kids busy. Hot tub kept the adults busy. Ten minutes to Cacapon beach. Twenty minutes to downtown. Highly recommend scenic drive to Sugar Shack ice cream stand about 30 minutes away. Host quickly responds to any questions.
