This was our second time staying at the fern. A wonderful spot, secluded, but easy enough to get to. The instructions for the gate and entering the house were clear and communicated in a timely manner. The house itself is very comfortable and clean. We will be booking again for next year!

The Fern is a lovely home nestled in the woods. We spent our vacation building puzzles on the big table, reading on the screened porch, and just being together. The home had everything we needed and more.

Enjoyed our stay!!! Cabin cozy, clean, comfy, spacious, decorated nice and loved the MD touch seeing we from there. Dog friendly and leaving treats for her was special touch. Enjoyed!!!

Relaxation
It was well equipped. Beds very comfortable. The deck and screened in porch well supplied with comfy chairs and table. Huge refrigerator and freezer.
Just overall comfort and relaxation. Close to Berkley Springs for restaurants if you chose.
