A great property with very nice people who were communicative and helpful. The view and the deck are even better than the photos. The house itself is clean, a good size for 3 people. For it being a house on the mountain, the water doesn’t smell at all for the well access.Everything was great for a guys getaway. While the tv wasn’t working. There are a ton of DVDs which we settled on the cinematic masterpiece Ghost Rider with Nicolas Cage.The staff was very communicative and helpful and just super nice! A pleasure to stay.

Beautiful views, quiet setting. Rough roads getting in.

Everything was very clean and exactly as advertised

We had a great stay. Location was ideal for what we were looking for and the proximity to Cacapon and Berkeley Springs was ideal.Some things could use some fixing (for example the foosball table is missing a whole line of bumpers) but overall it have everything we needed.

We do wish property had better lighting as it was difficult to see well at times. There is limited storage for clothing. We heard neighbors animals a good bit, but it wasnt too distracting. One night we had the pleasure of hearing them toss out some choice words, but still pretty quiet on that hill. But OH THAT HILL...ruts and pot holes were almost too much and I have 4 wheel drive. Road could use some maintenance.
