Cute place ; silence and serenity was amazing

1) Description of the house is inaccurate and misleading. The listing says one bedroom with king bed. This room is actually a small loft/attic space with sloped roof as in an A frame. You can only stand if you are in the middle of the room. The king bed is just a mattress sitting on a wooden pellet with sides sticking out. Access to this space is through a steep wooden ladder. This ladder is not safe with high risk for falls. The first floor is said to have a sofa, an L - shape narrow couch. We slept in this uncomfortable couch to avoid going up the steep steps. The bathroom is tiny with a narrow shower. The house was so uncomfortable that we checked out the next morning rather than spend another night. 2) Communication was confusing dealing with two groups. There is a disconnect between VRBO & the other party. I sent a message with comments when we checked out early Wednesday but got no response. VRBO also sent a receipt of our full payment but got another bill yesterday from the other group. We have been using VRBO for many years but this is the first time we checked out early because of safety issues and uncomfortable house setting.

Very private nice clean hot tub was nice …master bed in loft steep ladder low cieling …I slept on couch …great private yard fire pit horse shoes frisbee golf close to river

Lovely cabin in a great location. Enjoyed the hot tub and the cozy cabin.
