Good location and functional space for a larger group. Close to town and Cacapon state park.

We loved our August stay at Serendipity!!!! Space for three generations and the doggies too!!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful and clean home ….. we had a wonderful time❤️.

We certainly enjoyed our stay! I’ve stayed at quite a few VRBO houses and this one wins on the category of bedrooms (big- many beds) and bathrooms!!!! It was exactly as advertised. Each group had their private oasis when alone time was wanted. We had many family meals prepared in a well stocked kitchen, and could all find a comfortable place to nestle down in living room afterwards for planning. Some of us got to relax in the awesome hot tub. The house was very clean and big! My pooches enjoyed the grounds for new smells and walks. The house was quite secluded which is exactly what we were looking for! Absolutely perfect. The back deck was a perfect place to enjoy coffee and listen to the many different bird songs. We had no need to contact host, but I was sent periodic emails while I was there- letting us know they were there if needed. Some of us went into Berkeley Springs and shopped around in their shops one day- very fun annd different shops, and the next day some went to fish hatchery and walked the grounds. I would (and did) give this property/host 10 out of 10. Really!

We always enjoy our weekend stay at Serendipity. Will be booking again for next year.

Our family of 8 and our dog had an amazing time! Not only was there plenty of space for us either all be together or split into groups, but we took advantage of the fire pit, hot tub, in house games, outdoor pool, beautiful neighborhood for walks and Berkeley Springs shops and restaurants. Nobody wanted to leave. Everything was clean and comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and no lines at the bathrooms. We'll be back!
